As they launch into the US with leading product innovation and unique marketing strategy they are looking for a Digital & Media Manager to join their new US team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company in hyper-growth as they launch their women’s health portfolio into the cosmetic surgery and reconstruction industries in the US market following FDA approval.
This carries a crucial responsibility for the successful translation of the company’s purpose through the effective implementation and follow-up of the regional media and digital strategy and vision.
You will be responsible for creating tailor-made plans, analysing them from beginning to end, and ensuring the company is investing efficiently and reaching its goals.
Our client is looking to break the mould in the cosmetic surgery industry and drive marketing strategies with a focus on DTC as well as B2B2C and B2B, whilst also leading product innovation in the women’s health space.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the annual media plan for the US market.
- Gain consumer insights through media consumption analysis, including archetypes and daily routines.
- Collaborate with the PR manager to identify regional / local influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and lead the company in adopting digital marketing innovations.
To be considered for the role, your profile must closely match the following criteria :
- Minimum of 7 years experience in media and digital roles with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Previous experience in the beauty, health / medical & wellbeing, and / or aesthetics sectors, with a focus on the US market.
- Consumer-centric approach expertise, with strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in digital metrics, including Google Analytics and social media insights, as well as experience with dashboard and data tools (e.
g., HubSpot, Datorama / Salesforce).
- Collaborative communication style, strong teamwork, effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactive and action-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational.
