The Director of Professional Development oversees Atrium infection control program while providing guidance and performing tracking. Oversees the training and development for both clinical employees and employees who work in other areas.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with development and updating of policies and procedures and programs
• Oversee clinical aspect of the electronic medical record (Matrix)
• Regulatory compliance and development / use of tools to achieve
• Facility and Regional Support and resource
• Recognizes potential trends while understanding how to mitigate risks and uncertainties that may arise
