A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle high-level commercial and complex litigation matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a respected firm.
What You’ll Do
- Represent corporate and individual clients in complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters.
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
- Analyze contracts, business disputes, and multi-party litigation issues to develop effective case strategies.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare well-reasoned memoranda, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.2+ years of experience in complex litigation, commercial litigation, or business disputes.Exceptional writing, research, and analytical abilities.Strong courtroom presence and confidence handling depositions and hearings.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).Why Join
