What You’ll Do

• Represent corporate and individual clients in complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
• Analyze contracts, business disputes, and multi-party litigation issues to develop effective case strategies.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare well-reasoned memoranda, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
