Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Complete all daily paperwork i.e. timesheets, T&M tickets, field reports, accident reports and any other applicable paperwork.
Maintains tool inventory and coordinate equipment damage with Project Manager.

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 6 to 8 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates and Licenses :
Must be CLT / CLIA Certified (or in the process of obtaining certifications)
OSHAA 30hr certification
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or Associates degree in landscaping / irrigation design or construction management a plus
Equipment :
Power Blower, Slice Seeder, Plate Compactor, Partner Saw, Wet Saw, Powered Hand Tools, Company Vehicle with Trailer (if Driver), Fork Lift / Skid Steer, Chainsaw, Excavator, Laser Transit, Trencher, Pipe Puller
Computer Skills : MS Word
Email and etiquette
Spreadsheets in Excel (including inputting daily information)
Pronto Forms software
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Directly supervises between 1-3 employees depending on the magnitude of the job. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions, working near moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. This position is responsible for site maintenance in a professional manner according to EMI standard operating procedures. The employee must provide work direction for Crew Laborers. They are responsible for vehicle operation, equipment operation and adherence to EMI established safety procedures.
