Allied Universal® is hiring a Mid-Atlantic Regional Trainer to work out of the East Brunswick Branch. The Regional Trainer will teach Allied Universal employees at all levels, upskilling employees to develop a safety, service, and growth mindset. Training course development, delivery and compliance-tracking will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state or province, and local laws and regulations, while also adhering to Allied Universal standards and values.

All candidiates must hold current SORA Instructor Certification.

Salary Range : $55,000-$61,000 + 10% Annual Bonus Eligibility

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Training Design & Delivery

• Develop and deliver training content for internal staff and client-specific needs.
• Facilitate programs in compliance with Allied Universal standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Certifiy new officers per SORA requirements
• Provide specialty training in CPR / First Aid / AED, defensive tactics, mobility devices, and field training.
