Class A CDL Driver Opportunity

Responsibilities :
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle to transport grain or other agricultural products and materials from various locations to designated destinations.
- Ensure safe and efficient loading, transportation, and unloading of products and materials.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs to the Trucking Manager.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of truck is kept clean and presentable.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, customers, and team members through excellent communication and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Valid Class A CDL in good standing with no serious violations, tickets, or accidents in the last five years and no DWI / DUI in the last ten years.Knowledge of and ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation.Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally with farmers, customers, and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to safety and ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, during peak harvest seasons.Preferred :
Tanker endorsement is preferred or ability to obtain one.2 years of experience as a Class A CDL Driver.Physical Requirements :
