Position Overview :
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, communicating with team members, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Assist project managers with planning and coordinating events and promotional campaigns.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and summaries.
- Help organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support logistical arrangements, including shipping, event setup, and resource allocation.
- Maintain project files, schedules, and records in an organized manner.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.Team player with a positive attitude.Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or customer service is a plus but not required.What We Offer :
