Job Details

Our client, a Global Law Firm, seeking a Conflicts and New Business Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance (US), this role plays a key part in managing business intake risk, conducting conflict checks, and supporting AML and reputational risk reviews.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and analyze conflict checks and new client intake forms
  • Identify and escalate conflicts, AML, and reputational risks
  • Conduct due diligence for new matters, hires, and third parties
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Maintain ethical walls and documentation for client / matter onboarding
  • Support continuous improvement of conflict and risk processes

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in conflicts, compliance, or legal risk (law firm or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with conflicts rules under the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Experience with legal tech platforms (e.g., Intapp, iManage, or similar) required
  • Proficiency with Thomson Reuters 3E Financial Management, Intapp Open, and Wallbuilder preferred
