Responsibilities
Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities
Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and firestopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations
Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers

Qualifications
Actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree
Interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures
