Senior Director Of Product Management
As the Senior Director of Product Management for Promise, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Walmart's customer promisethe commitment to deliver the right product, at the right time, with reliability and transparency. You will lead the development of innovative products and platforms that enable Walmart to meet and exceed customer expectations across eCommerce, stores, and last-mile delivery.
In this role, you'll lead a team of product leaders and partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain, operations, and data science to build scalable solutions that optimize speed, accuracy, and convenience. Your leadership will shape Walmart's competitive edge in omnichannel retail, directly impacting customer trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Define the end-to-end product strategy for Walmart's Promise platform, aligning to customer experience, supply chain capabilities, and business goals.
Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions for fulfillment, delivery promise accuracy, and real-time customer updates.
Champion the use of data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning to improve promise accuracy and delivery optimization.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and senior leaders, fostering a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00-$416,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California and $160,000.00-$320,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : stock.
