Position Overview

Lobel Financial is seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks , HTML, CSS and PostgreSQL that are built and run on AWS. S ignificant hands-on experience working with Claude or similar AI platform is a must. This role will focus on building and integrating workflows across underwriting, servicing, compliance, and internal operations platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering skills with practical experience implementing LLM-powered solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js on the server, modern front-end library / frameworks React / Vue and HTML / CSS .
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
• Develop backend services and APIs to be consumed by external applications.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Claude APIs.
• Develop automation tools to improve underwriting, funding, collections, compliance, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through peer review, automated testing, and adherence to development best practices.
• Participate in architectural planning and long-term technology strategy initiatives.
