Food Service Director Responsibilities :

Manage daily kitchen and dining operations.

Plan and oversee meal preparation following dietary guidelines.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Supervise and schedule dietary staff.

Maintain inventory and coordinate food orders.

Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are met.

Food Service Director Requirements :

Experience in food service management (healthcare or long-term care preferred).

Knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and food safety regulations.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

ServSafe certification (preferred).
