A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members
Facilitate client meetings to gather and document requirements and create test scenarios for business applications
Analyze, plan, and document recommendations to improve business processes in support of client technology goals
Required Qualifications
6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, particularly in Health Care / Health Insurance
Strong background in Medicaid and claim processing using Institutional and Physician claim forms
Familiarity with Prior Authorization, Member, Provider, Long-Term Care, Inpatient / Outpatient concepts
Experience with project and change management tools such as ALM, iTrace / rTrace
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) updates
