Reporting to the Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes while ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a leading hand or civil labourer, looking to step up
• Experience in subdivisions with coverage of bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver Licence
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
