As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software by designing and implementing effective testing processes. Your collaboration with development teams to identify and resolve defects will be key to maintaining our commitment to quality.
What You Will Do :
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and uphold quality standards.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Automate repetitive test cases while maintaining automation frameworks.
- Review and analyze system specifications to establish testing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in designing, developing, and implementing continuous testing solutions.
- Assist in deploying software updates to production environments and provide ongoing support to address post-deployment issues.
- Engage in professional self-development and contribute to performance improvement through constructive feedback.
What We Expect :
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools like JIRA.Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Postman.Familiarity with API testing.Understanding of version control systems like Git.Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and associated tools like Jenkins.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Fluency in English is required for effective communication.What We Offer :
