Job Description

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them realize their individual functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide both individuals and their families in therapy practices to promote continual progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes diligently, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal patient advancement.
