Floral Processing Specialist

Were looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual with a true love for flowers and plants. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process incoming flowers by cutting, hydrating, and treating them prior to storage; verify product count against invoices.
• Review and inspect incoming perishable products for quality and freshness.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report results to the Floral Department Manager.
• Assist with flower and product procurement.
• Process blooming and green plants upon arrival and verify counts against invoices.
• Check in new products and supplies, updating inventory accordingly.
• Learn flower and greenery names and care requirements.
• Perform daily quality control to ensure freshness and longevity of inventory.
• Rotate stock, maintain cooler displays, and clean flower coolers regularly.
• Clean vases, buckets, and work areas; maintain overall organization.
• Stock shelves and put away supplies.
• Deliver flowers and run errands as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
