Legal Operations Analyst

Location : Miramar, FL | Remote (Must reside in or around Miami / Fort Lauderdale area)

Company Overview :

ARC Group is partnering with a Fortune 500 hospitality company to recruit a Legal Operations Analyst for their Miramar, FL office. This role is initially a contract position, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent opportunity. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site engagement at the office.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support the legal team in managing law firm invoicing and vendor operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full lifecycle of law firm invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Set up and onboard legal vendors efficiently.

Conduct first-line review of legal invoices for accuracy, compliance, and policy adherence.

Collaborate with internal legal and finance teams on invoice and vendor management.

Maintain records, reporting, and documentation related to legal spend.

Experience & Education :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in legal operations, law firm billing, or related financial / administrative roles.

Education : High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Soft Skills :

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Professional and discreet in handling sensitive legal information.

Technical Skills :

Experience with legal billing platforms ( CounselLink preferred ).

Familiarity with eBilling systems and invoice workflows.

Proficiency in Excel and document management tools.

Understanding of legal operations or law firm billing practices.

Work Environment :

Fast-paced legal department with a high volume of invoices.

Collaboration with external law firms and internal stakeholders.

Primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements at the Miramar office.

Candidates must live in or around the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area.
