Job Summary
The IT Help Desk Technician will provide technical support and assistance to Millennium employees and contractors, whether on the phone or in person. This roles primary goal is to ensure a clients satisfaction and ability to properly operate any PC or technology they may be having trouble using. This role requires the ability to work second shift.
