Associate Dentist

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. At Dynamic Dental, we are striving to create offices that harness the power of being part of a larger group, while also retaining the ability to let each practice and each dentist serve their community and meet their patient's needs efficiently without feeling like they are caught in corporate dentistry. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various dental procedures and patient care, delivering the highest-quality dental care and the highest-quality customer service.

Duties :

• Perform dental assessments and diagnosis a full range of dental conditions
• Carry out dental treatments
• Create treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care

Requirements :

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

Valid NC state dental license

Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures

Knowledge of dental terminology, medical records, and medical imaging techniques

Familiarity with aseptic techniques and maintaining a sterile environment

Experience working in a dental office setting

Preferred Skills :

Ability to be a clinical leader for the team

Ability to connect with patients and maintain long term professional relationships

Excellent communicator

Interest in true comprehensive care and quality education for patients

This position offers competitive compensation based on collections. We offer an in-house lab and cover all lab costs so that nothing is taken away from, or works against, your commission. This also means your lab tech is literally one text or call away. Additionally there is a minimum daily pay guarantee to help you get settled and established.

Our associates are candidates for partnerships and have tracks to ownership (if that is desired) with owner financing available. Additionally, this office can put you living near some of the most desirable beaches North Carolina has to offer!
