Job description

Seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Director for a state-of-the-art acute care hospital and hospital-owned multispecialty outpatient practice.

Position Highlights :

  • 50% inpatient, 25% outpatient, 25% administrative
  • 7 days on IP (12-hr shifts), 1 week off, 2 weeks OP in clinic (Mon-Fri)
  • $500k Base Salary + Medical Director Stipend + $30k Quality Bonus + $20k APP Stipend
  • Full benefits, 31 days PTO frontloaded , 5% retirement matching, $7k CME, and more!
  • $50k signing bonus + $15k relocation
  • State-of-the-art technology, Level III Trauma Center, top 10% hospitals in the nation for pneumonia care in 2023
