A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, advising on financial strategy and organizational sustainability
Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning, ensuring performance monitoring and accountability
Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior finance roles
Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and financial reporting
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and presenting financial information to executive teams
