Service Advisor Opportunity

Shamaley Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our fast paced growing team. We are part of Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service.

Responsibilities include :

Greet customers.

Communicate with customers and translate technician findings to customers.

Answer phone calls and e-mails.

Provide excellent customer service.

You need :

Customer Service Experience at least 1 year in Customer Service.

To be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Valid Driver's License.

Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Capable of greeting customers with smiles.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Good phone and e-mail skills.
