Description :
We are seeking a physician experienced in primary care to provide part-time on-site services.
The schedule is 2 weekday shifts per week with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
There is flexibility in start and end times based on facility needs.
On-call coverage is not required.
The assignment may last at least 6 months and could lead to permanent hire if there is a mutually good fit.
Both a phone interview and an on-site meeting / tour will be required.
Credentialing documents must include a comprehensive resume with education, training, and complete work history.
A drug and TB test may be required for review prior to the start date.
