What You Will Do :

The Plant Manager is responsible for managing and directing all manufacturing activities in a plant or production process, including production, materials, quality control, and manufacturing engineering, to produce products in the most cost-effective way while meeting shipping requirements and sales commitments. Plant may be a stand-alone facility or a relatively independent unit within a larger site.
