Business Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our team. With over 25 years of experience, we have earned a reputation for representing our clients with creative legal solutions across Southern California. We are looking to add a business litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and analyze legal issues related to business litigation.
Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Engage in client and witness interviews, discovery, and negotiations.
Provide clients with advice and legal guidance in business litigation cases.
Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to prepare for and manage trial proceedings.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in California

2+ years of litigation experience in Business law

Strong understanding of business litigation, contracts, disputes, business torts, unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, and unfair competition.
