Marketing Automation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This hybrid role (Atlanta, GA) is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on building and optimizing automated marketing campaigns, managing workflows, and leveraging data to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and email nurturing programs.
- Maintain and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.
- Implement A / B testing, personalization, and other optimization strategies for email and digital campaigns.
- Ensure data cleanliness and manage integrations between marketing automation platforms and other systems.
Requirements Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.Experience with campaign analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.Proficiency in HTML / CSS for email templates a plus.Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Atlanta office + remote).Why Join Us :
