Our client is looking for a hands-on Integration Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of scalable, secure API and data integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This is a critical role at the heart of our digital evolution, where youll architect integrations that bridge legacy systems, the Salesforce platform, and key third-party applicationsall while driving the modernization of batch ETL processes into real-time, event-driven services.

Youll lead a small but high-performing Digital Integrations team, serving as both a strategic guide and technical mentor. Success in this role requires someone who thrives on clear, confident communication, collaborates effectively across functions, and can distill technical complexity for senior stakeholders. We need a decisive leader and independent thinker who is energized by solving challenges and modernizing enterprise integration architecture in a regulated, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of APIs and integration services using MuleSoft.
• Define and implement integration strategies aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals.
• Lead and mentor the integration engineering team, supporting technical growth and performance development.
• Engage cross-functional business and IT teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into secure, scalable designs.
• Modernize legacy batch ETL solutions into real-time, event-driven architectures.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for integration issues and support incident resolution.
• Maintain high standards for API security, exception handling, logging, and performance tuning.
• Present architecture proposals, progress updates, and technical decisions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate on architectural reviews, roadmap planning, and IT governance initiatives.
• Ensure technical documentation is up to date, clear, and compliant with internal standards.
