Used Car Purchasing Specialist

Are you customer service oriented and have a good understanding of assessing pre-owned vehicles? We are looking for a Used Car Purchasing Specialist to assist with purchasing pre-owned vehicles directly from customers at the Servco Buying Center.

Responsibilities :

• Receive in-bound calls and make out-bound calls to schedule appointments for sellers to bring in their vehicle
• Source used car sales leads via Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
• Appraise vehicles on site and remotely using Inventory Plus software
• Obtain Buying Center Manager's approval to purchase pre-owned vehicles
• Communicate purchase price to customer and inform Buying Center Manager if customer accepts or wants to negotiate further
• Assist Buying Center Manager with obtaining purchase documents and have customer properly complete purchase documents
• Obtain vehicle keys from customer and transport vehicle to Servco Pre-owned lot
