Level Up USA is looking for a Social Media & Front Desk Coordinator to join our Cincinnati office.
This role combines social media management with front desk and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone organized, personable, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced team environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms.
Create engaging content and monitor audience engagement.
Assist with marketing campaigns and content calendars.
Track basic metrics and report performance insights.
Greet clients, candidates, and visitors professionally.
Handle onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks.
Perform general office duties, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Support internal teams with organization and daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
Professional and friendly with strong customer service skills.
Prior experience in social media, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
