Hospital and its physicians provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model.DUTIES Provide medical care related to diseases affecting the joints, muscles, and bones, including arthritis, autoimmune diseases & other inflammatory conditionsExamines patients & obtain medical historiesOrder, perform & interpret diagnostic testsCreate treatment planInitiate appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programsEnsure proper patient documentation is timely, accurate and complete.Work with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing / codingParticipate in on-call coverage with Rheumatology providers Provide quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants and other clinical staffPACKAGE Competitive salary + incentive compensation based on productivity & quality measures.
