Description

JOB OVERVIEW :

Performs trade specific repair and maintenance operations within the specific area of expertise. General maintenance of buildings and aquatic / fitness areas, completion of maintenance requests. Engineering is expected to respond to all maintenance requests with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition. Preventive maintenance tasks will be assigned daily. Support the Emergency Response Team to handle emergencies around the resort.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Guest rooms, (occupied and unoccupied) meeting rooms, The Sports Club, Birdwood Golf Course, dining rooms, kitchens, bakery, Spa and all back-of house areas. Engineers should not enter dining rooms or meeting rooms during times of occupancy unless unavoidable. Work in occupied guest rooms will be at the guest request, only.
