ModMed is hiring a driven Contracts Paralegal to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Legal team focused on contract management and administration, preparation of standard agreements, negotiation support, developing and implementing processes to streamline legal operations and create efficiency, and various administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role :

• This role will assist in review and management of customer contracts, including our contract process, by performing routine and other tasks, which will help allow attorneys to focus on more complex matters.
• This role will assist in refining or developing processes or systems related to our contract processes.
• This role will be responsible for routine contracts, including contract addendums and statements of work, and will need to determine when to escalate issues.
• Contract management and administration.
• Standard contract drafting and negotiation.
• Assist with organizing and managing our customer contracts and template agreements, and process streamlining.
• Assist with administration tasks to include coordinating meetings, tracking projects, drafting emails, etc.
