Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assist the organization in areas such as team development, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational redesign and change management initiatives.
- Partners with business units to diagnose performance issues and learning needs, identifying appropriate training-based solutions and develops learning frameworks to facilitate achievement of business goals.
- Develop, implement and administer targeted development programs for identified emerging talent based on organization's overall learning requirements, business objectives and talent constraints.
- Provide leadership and best practices in the area of change management to enterprise wide change initiatives and support in the area of smaller change initiatives.
- Analyze and improve existing L&D framework and develop a comprehensive, consistent approach to development needs and training requests.
- Participate in planning the strategic direction for the organization and in the development of long-range plans to achieve OD objectives and associated interventions.
- Engage in vendor / budget management, strategic sourcing, program marketing, and internal communication of learning events, as appropriate.
Required Minimum Qualifications Education / Certifications : BS degree required Skills and Experience :
10 years of progressive HR experience, including working knowledge of organizational development theory and change management best practices.A minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing comprehensive learning programs.Understands business operations and can effectively identify human capital implications and appropriate strategies to address gaps.Demonstrated ability to develop a holistic view of performance gaps, identifying root cause and targeted solutions for implementation.Strong consultative skills aimed at uncovering the client's need and perceived roadblocks required.Strong project management experience and skills including deliverables-based work plan design, status reporting and overall execution against work plan.We also provide eligible employees with a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, 401k savings plan, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance and more, to meet the diverse needs of all employees and their family members.
