This opportunity is ideal for an immigration litigator who thrives in a leadership capacity, blending high-level casework with team development. The role offers the chance to influence case strategy, oversee legal staff, and represent clients in complex immigration proceedings. This is a full-time, in-person position located in San Antonio, TX.

Duties :

• Lead a docket of active immigration matters, including representation in immigration court and before USCIS
• Supervise and provide strategic guidance to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
• Review filings for legal accuracy and compliance with firm protocols
• Develop litigation and filing strategies for high-stakes and complex immigration matters
• Conduct routine team meetings, performance check-ins, and mentorship sessions
• Ensure consistent and timely client communication throughout case progression
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and workflow optimization
• Support ongoing staff development and training initiatives
