Talent Acquisition @ The Harnham Group - London, Amsterdam, New York, San Francisco & Phoenix

Base salary flexible based on experience and level; base pay range $60,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr.

Compensation and benefits

Overview

Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data Analytics space. We are looking for experienced 360 Perm recruiters to join the team on the West Coast based in San Francisco. We seek eager business developers who enjoy building new client relationships and forming partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging industry expertise and network to identify high-potential individuals.
  • Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet essential criteria.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post-offer follow-up to ensure placements start.
  • Immerse in the Data & AI space, stay up to date with market trends, and provide insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Required qualifications

  • Proven track record in a 360 staffing role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience networking with new clients and signing terms to bring new roles into the team
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
  • Positive, go-getter mindset
