Job Title : Operational Innovation Specialist, Contingent Workforce

Location : Remote, PST

Shift : Monday-Friday

Pay Ra nge : $80 - $80 / hour

Employment Type : Temporary (6-7 months)

Role Overview

This isn't about maintaining the status quo. You'll build tools and experiences that transform how our team, hiring managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers interact with workforce programs. You're equal parts builder and operator : someone who keeps things running while constantly finding ways to make them faster, smarter, and more automated. If you see a manual process, your instinct is to fix it. If you see a gap, you build something to fill it. You also know that building the tool is only half the job - driving adoption and bringing people along is what makes it stick.

What You'll Do

• Build & Innovate (~50%)

Reimagine how program users - from internal teams to external partners - experience contingent workforce programs, and build the tools to make that experience seamless

Maintain a working understanding of contingent workforce compliance, worker classification, and vendor management fundamentals

Manage day-to-day admin workflows including PO creation, reporting, and general coordination
