Care of Geriatric patients or past inpatient Rehabilitation experience with Swing Bed patients

Advanced skills in wound care

Description :

This is a 24-bed unit with patient ratios of 6-7 : 1.

There are no unit secretaries, tech availability, or extra RN on the unit when no tech is present.

Standard Med / Surg equipment is utilized.

The documentation system in use is Cerner.

Scheduling requirements include working three 12-hour shifts.

Floating policy is rare.

Patient experience expectations include serving an affluent community with concierge service.

The staff should embody excellent culture and teamwork.

Vacancies exist due to a challenging recruitment region, not due to unit disarray.
