Facilities Coordinator Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Manage Maintenance and Auditable Records

Reporting using CMMS and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project) Proven ability to communicate orally and in writing with management, peers, project team members, and vendors.
Ability to work with minimum supervision maintain proper documentation.
Ability to use written reference materials refers to the ability to locate, read, and comprehend text material such as directives, checklists, and route sheets.
Ability to communicate in writing refers to transmitting written information (e.g., equipment status, recommended repairs) to maintenance, operations, and other personnel.
Ability to communicate orally for the purpose of receiving and transmitting information (such as equipment status, repairs, modifications, and parts usage) with maintenance, production, and other departments.
Ability to practice and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Ability to interface with and handle material & service vendors.
Willing to gown for the purpose of entering cleanrooms.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
