The Leadership Board completes launch steps 8-10 and then oversees the operation of the live program.

Launch Phase Objectives

• Leadership : Recruit and onboard Program Director, teachers, and volunteers
• Location : Research, secure and prepare facility and transportation
• Logistics : Coordinate details and maintain positive communications with the school
• Loot : Spearhead the fundraising effort
• Language : Ensure all public communications are excellent and contain proper messaging
