Enavate is seeking a Marketing Leader to drive growth in the SMB space, focusing on leading a high-performing marketing team and executing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen the brand. The role combines visionary strategy in SaaS and Microsoft Partner industries with effective team leadership, collaboration, and results delivery.

Responsibilities Team and People Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Set clear goals and performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve outstanding results.

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the SMB space. Align initiatives with Enavate’s business objectives and partner with Microsoft and other key stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Positioning : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within SaaS and Microsoft Partner sectors. Refine Enavate’s value proposition and messaging to differentiate offerings.

Lead Generation and Campaign Development : Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across channels (digital, events, content marketing) to drive qualified leads and nurture prospects. Monitor performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

Brand Management : Elevate Enavate’s brand presence in the SMB market and ensure consistent messaging and branding across materials and channels.

Collaboration and Partnership : Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts, and build strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners to maximize joint opportunities.

Qualifications 7+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in SaaS or technology, with strong B2B focus.

Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
