Equipment Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations by efficiently moving, picking, and storing products using powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a cherry picker and using an RF scanner to manage inventory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.Shift : Tuesday-Saturday 5am to finishKey Responsibilities : Operate powered industrial equipment, primarily cherry pickers, in a safe and efficient mannerPick products from racking systems and transport them to the dock for shipmentPut away inbound product by moving items from the dock to designated storage locationsAccurately scan, pick, and put away items using an RF gun or handheld scannerFollow warehouse layout plans to ensure efficient product handling and inventory trackingPerform daily equipment safety checks and report any maintenance issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.Experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment required.Familiarity with warehouse operations and RF scanning technology.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (up to 10 feet).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.Preferred : Current certification for operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.Compensation details : 20 Hourly WagePI316afd8d1142-29952-38731909 #True
