As an Entry-Level Tax Preparer, you’ll receive hands-on training to learn how to prepare income tax returns using professional tax software. You’ll work directly with clients, helping them gather their documents, understand their refunds or balances, and ensure their returns are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist clients in gathering and organizing tax documents
• Prepare and review individual tax returns using our software (training provided)
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work
• Answer basic questions and provide updates to clients
• Support day-to-day office operations during tax season
