What You'll Earn :

• Pay Range : $32.00 - $40.00 an hour
• Longevity Bonus : $1,500 $6,700 every year
• Quarterly Safety / Performance Bonus : up to $1,250
• Profit-Sharing Bonus : Paid twice a year
• Seasonal Slowdown Pay : Guaranteed earnings during off-peak periods
