Senior Design and Test Professional

Job Description

The principal hardware design and test engineer will lead technical investigations and resolutions of design, build, and test issues identified on receiver exciter subsystems, CCAs, and components.

Responsibilities include RF / Microwave circuit and sub-system design, modeling, simulation, and verification. Integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels are also key responsibilities.

Transition to production and technical support to manufacturing and test engineers will be provided by the successful candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years' of prior work experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years' of prior work experience.

Experience with Microwave / RF system, subsystem and / or component analysis, design and test.

Experience leading analysis / Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations; Preferably with supplier and factory issues.
