Palmeira Home Health is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Administrator that will help our Regional Administrator in providing our Nevada office support with the day to day activities, ensuring efficient office operations.

Aiding the Administrator in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Participates in the hiring and training of departmental staffOrganizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental staff.Coordinates and conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive with the input of the administrator.Coordinates with the administrator on the discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.Duties / Responsibilities :
Carries out the quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the companys efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated as established by the administrator.Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents to administrator and operations manager.Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.Participates in coordination and integration of efforts among all departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.Requirements :
Graduate of Bachelors degree1 year of experience in Home Health care or health related programA copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)A copy of Immunization / Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)Possess a Driver's License with auto-insuranceOthers :
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.Equal Opportunity Employer :
