Loan Fulfillment Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Fulfillment Specialist - Centralized Disclosure Desk (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed

Performs data entry and loan applications into the appropriate systems

Prepares, edits, distributes, and / or corrects specialized and / or complex documents

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Four (4) years of banking or related work experience

Knowledgeable of loan operations activities

Prior experience with TRID and other mortgage compliance regulations preferred

Prior experience with issuing mortgage disclosures preferred
