NW Employment is partnered with a local restoration company in Tualatin, Or and we are looking to add Mitigation techs to join our team!

Schedule- Mon-Fri 7am-430pm

Pay- $20-$27 DOE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to-

Follow the company values
Understand and follow safety expectations in the department
Assist with the inspections conducted to establish scope of work
Execute the following: Water, and Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, & Contents Services
Carryout tasks delegated from Mitigation Crew Lead and/or Mitigation Demo Lead
Report job details to applicable Project Manager and/or File Manager
Properly complete project documentation to allow for efficient estimating and invoicing
Keep a professional appearance
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1+ Year of Experience in Mitigation Preferred
IICRC Certifications are Preferred
Valid Driver's License Preferred
Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
Novice Handle of Soft Skills
Proficiency of Industry Technologies, i.e. MICA
Ability to Routinely Lift 50+ lbs.
Mandatory Shift in Weekly Rotating On-Call Schedule
