Principal Engineer - IAM

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer - Identity Management (IAM & Golang Backend).

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design the next-generation identity platform for authentication and authorization

Develop high-performance Golang microservices for user identity and access management

Collaborate with security and engineering teams to implement Zero Trust principles and standardize access governance

Qualifications & Skills

10+ years in backend or systems engineering, with 5+ years in IAM or authentication services

Expertise in Golang and experience with distributed, event-driven microservices

Proven experience with identity federation and access control systems

In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML)

Experience with high-availability systems in Kubernetes-based environments
